Deliveries:

All our products are packed to order, so please leave 2 working days for your order to be sent.

 You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). About Craft Ltd assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control:

Delivery Time:

Europe 4-7 working days; Outside Europe 5-9 working days; Australia & Oceania 5-9 working days (Exclude customs clearance)

(Time Exclude customs clearance and courier know/unknown delay)

''Working Days mean Monday to Friday exclude public holiday'' 

How We Deliver:

We may use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS, Fedex to deliver your order depending on the weight and size of the item(s) you have ordered.

Items that are delivered by these companies without need of signature; if no one is available to collect parcel then delivery person may be left parcel outside home if safe to do. 

If delivery person decided not release parcel then to reclaim your item(s) contact the courier to either organize for you to collect the item or to arrange a suitable day for re-delivery.

Delivery :

It is customer's sole responsibility to provide correct delivery address. If customer failed to provide correct or complete delivery address and courier service unbale to deliver due to incorrect or complete delivery, in this case parcel will be returned to the Sender. 

We will unable to re-ship until we will receive return charges as applicable by courier service and re-shipment charges.

Missing or Incomplete Orders:

If you do not receive your order within 14 working days of receiving a 'Dispatch Confirmation' email you must contact us where we will then open an investigation with the appropriate courier.
